Vodafone release a new phone running Android called Vodafone Smart. This is Vodafone's best and most powerful phone yet. They released it at a very cheap price considering it's an Android powered smartphone. Below are a few photos and videos of the Cheapest smartphone in Qatar(and maybe the rest of the world).
